One devious and not totally moral way of seeing if she is not totally committed to you, is to register yourself on one of these sites, in another name without a picture, from a new email account, and send her a few emails saying you are interested and eventually see if she will come on a date with you? but I would not recommend this as it is deceptive - and you may not like the resulting mess when she finds out what you have done.
